Course Offerings

Single-day face-to-face training
Online and remote courses

Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking via credit card.
No refunds, but course dates can be moved with 5 business days' notice.
Money-back guarantee available under specific conditions: full participation in the 4-hour course, request made on the day of training, and a completed feedback form.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds, but course dates can be moved with 5 business days' notice.
Refunds allowed for events out of our control, such as unavailable training premises or illness.

Age Requirements

Participants under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Technical Requirements

Internet access and a computer are required for online courses.

Conduct

Participants must adhere to common discrimination and harassment laws.

Intellectual Property

Student Obligations

Students must:

Notify AI Workplace of contact changes.
Report any issues with staff, procedures, or training.

Extra Terms

One participant per enrolment.
Course enrolment is complete upon issuance of LMS username and password.
Course duration and commencement are effective from the date of LMS access.

Voucher Conditions

Not redeemable for cash.
Valid for one use only.
Not valid with other offers or vouchers.
Must be used at the time of enrolment.
Not applicable for printed materials.
